In 2018, Claudia decided to take a leap and follow her heart by creating a solution to the leadership and professional gap she's so often witnessed in corporate America. She decided to put her love for books to work by developing concise, structured based training sessions to help others become the best leaders they can be.

Claudia has over 20 years of experience specializing in leadership and diversity in multicultural markets. She attributes her success to resilience, drive, obsession with professional development, and ability to develop relationships and her community.
